| DEPOSIT/SHIPPING INFORMATION DEPOSITS: We ask for a $300.00 deposit per puppy. This is a non-refundable. Deposits are partial payments toward the purchase price of your puppy to be placed on hold for you where no one else can purchase that puppy. Puppies can only be picked up or shipped when weaned and paid for in full. We will hold the puppy you select until age of weaning (normally 8 weeks old). Arrangements must be made in advance if you are not going to be able to have your puppy picked up/shipped/or delivered by the time the puppy is of weaning age. There may be an additional charge for keeping a customer for any extended period of time past 8 weeks. All vaccinations and worming will be up to date at time of pick up/shipment/delivery of puppy. You can pay or make your deposit through paypal, cashier’s check, wire transfer, credit card, and check (as long as funds have time to clear bank before you pick up your puppy). SHIPPING: We will ship puppies if and when weather permits or if a flight is available on a climate controlled cargo airline. We ship through the airlines on a regular basis with no problems and we are feel very comfortable with doing so. We can walk you through the process every step of the way. The health certificate, crate and cost of flight usually is around $300.00 for domestic flights in the United States. We do ship internationally but price will vary on country and costs of importing the puppy into that country. Prior to shipping your puppy I will send you all flight information: airline name, airway bill # and flight #. I will send you a reminder the day before your puppy ships. The puppy will come with a puppy starter kit from Nutro with a sample of the food they have been on and a health certificate that will have been done within 48 hours of the flight. The puppies registration papers and health records may be mailed directly to you to ensure that they are not lost if there is a concern of attaching it to the crate with the puppy. We also now offer a partial delivery service where we can make arrangements to meet you with an additional delivery fee to cover costs for fuel and time. For our customers who are in Texas are surrounding states it is a good option to allow you to be able to drive a shorter distance to pick your puppy up and get back home quicker without having to be on the road all day. |
